1. Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all seals intact.
• Skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Email info@bgluxuryempire.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and address.

3. Refund Processing

• Once received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
